Govt .ITI Kalamassery was established in the year 1957 as Work and Orientation Centre. In 1963 onwards it is renamed as Industrial Training Institute. It is one of the premier Institute in Kerala offering well equipped training to the trainees as per desire and demand of the industries in the country. More than 1250 skilled trainees trained from 20 NCVT trades and two SCVT trade. So the role and contribution of this institute is prominent in skill development and training. Many occasions this institute generates national and state level achievers as best trainees and rank holders
